#skinfriendly Ginger Bread Cookies

Not too long ago I tried to make “healthier” ginger bread cookies failing miserably…

Don’t ask. I’m still not sure what happened there.
In any case, I figured it out! And I have the perfect recipe for you to make cookies with. Yay!
These cookies are paleo and vegan, but most importantly: skin friendly.The base and secret of this recipe? This:

Here’s the recipe:#skinfriendly Ginger Bread Cookies

1 Cup of almond flour.
1/8 cup of coconut oil
2 1/2 Tablespoons maple syrup
1 teaspoon of ground ginger
2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
1/4 Teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

This will yield about 6 cookies (because I eat them pretty much in one sitting, I rather limit my quantities lol).
If you want more, you can simply double the recipe.
